Come-on Rams!!

Week 16 is just about over and man-o-man I really thought the Rams was going to pull out a win over the 49ers. It seems as if everything was going the Rams way... The defense was putting up a wall against the Frisco's offense, including 4 turn overs, until the end of the fourth quarter. The Rams were winning 16 to 3 up until 7 minutes left on the clock when the "prevent" defensive kicked in and 3 consecutive passes to Isaac Bruce who scored. I believe the prevent defense was the mistake which turned the tide... BTW, congrats to Isaac for hitting the 1000 career receptions! Anyway, after that touchdown the Rams had a quick 3 and out and the 49ers did a long-bomb down to endzone where 2 of their receievers were in position to make the play. The Rams had 3 defenders in the area, but the timing was slightly off... So, at this point you can tell the wind was taken out of the Rams' sail, even though we made some great plays trying to get back down to the other side of the field, the capper at the very end was the only turn over for the Rams, Bulger throwing an interception.

Anyway, I'm still a Rams Fan and hope that the team will keep the game plan simple  (like they did for the couple of wins this year).
